What are TOMIS?
The social exchange bonus “Tomi” is a tool used by Bazar Solidario I.A.P. to support people who live in low-income communities in order to achieve social welfare.
The “Tomi” allows the exchange of food products, clothing and household items that Bazar Solidario and some companies in the Municipality of Cajeme are offering in their facilities.
Bazar Solidario IAP is responsible for issuing the voucher and to obtain it the community must exchange it for recyclable material (cardboard, plastic, paper, aluminum, tetra pack and household appliances) For every type of recyclable material there is a conversion in Tomis, so the amount of Tomis is based on the number of kilos of material delivered by the beneficiaries.
